Our hotel project, which we designed in Gulluk region, consists of 2 new blocks (2.500 m2) and 1 restored old stone house. There are 55 rooms including standard, suite, junior suite and stone house suite. Since it is a holiday region hotel, it is aimed to relax people without tiring them with spacious light color (oak) furniture, textile products in blue tones, wicker lighting and minimalist lines. 610 m2 social area and swimming pool located in an open area of 1000 m2 are carefully positioned intertwined with the stone house. The unique historical stone texture of the Aegean, white texture and wood effect has been tried to be felt in every detail and every line. An inner garden is located in the lobby of the hotel and a 300-year-old olive tree was planted in this inner garden. The olive tree can be seen from all floors through the gallery space and is exhibited like a sculpture in the lobby. In order to make the best use of a limited lobby space, the lobby bar and reception are designed together in a way that is not very common, complementing each other. The ancient stone house is designed as the focal point of the hotel to spend a pleasant time with 2 rooms on the upper floor, wine cellar, hearth (fireplace) and seating areas on the lower floor.
